What will you do?
Als Business Controller (intern aangeduid als Programme Controller) maak je deel uit van het Finance-team en ben je de financiële sparringpartner van verschillende programma’s en projecten.
Je bewaakt de financiële prestaties, vertaalt data naar inzichten en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. In deze rol sta je midden in de business, tussen finance, operations en program management, en draag je direct bij aan het succes van strategische programma’s. Ben jij enthousiast om je onder te dompelen in een rol waarin continu leren de norm is en waarin uitdagingen je voorbij de grenzen van de traditionele finance brengen? 📊 Preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans;
💡 Supporting programs with financial analyses and business cases;
📈 Monitoring results, margin development, and cash flow;
🤝 Reporting to and collaborating with central Finance and Program Managers;
🧾 Performing month-end closings and consolidations;
🚀 Identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing processes.
About you
🎓 Completed HBO or WO degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field;
💼 3–5 years of experience as a Business or Program Controller, preferably in a manufacturing or project-based environment;
📊 Strong analytical skills with an affinity for reporting and process improvement;
🚀 Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to communicate effectively with non-financial colleagues;
🧠 Strong knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with Power BI;
🌍 Fluent in Dutch and English.

💰 Salary between €5,100 and €6,800 gross per month, depending on experience;
